Can't Enable Multiple Address Fields on Search Form

Whenever I click the option for multiple address fields on the search form setting for groups locator, nothing changes in the admin menu and I am still left with the single address field option in the admin menu and end user screen. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

I am unable to duplicate this error on any of my installations. It might be a javascript error cause by aconflict with another plugin or the theme.

If possible I would like to have admin access to your site to finally be able to track this issue.
