MemberI’m receiving the error: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
I’ve disabled all plugins and the error goes away. When I enable ONLY the GEO my WP plugin, the error returns.
Any help would be appreciated!

MemberAlso, which theme are you using. Some themes will use Google API as well. Try switching to one of the default WordPress themes while having GEO my WP activated and see if the error is still there.

MemberI believe GMW is including this as well as another plugin I am using – WP-Views. I’ve reported this to them. Could GMW also look into this?

Member@Mav,
GEO my WP includes Google Map API as without it It will be useless. At the moment you will only be able to disable it by editing a core file of the plugin. However, I will add a filter to the next release so it will be easier to disable it if needed.January 17, 2015 at 4:45 pm #29091mav3000
MemberThanks Eyal 🙂

MemberHi Eyal,
I just had a problem with the famous “you’re using Google Maps API multiple times …”, would this be solved with the “disable GMaps API” feature you talked about in this topic?
I have a demo with a client in two days, is there a way to deactivate it before your next update please?
Thank you so much in advance, have a great day,

MemberHello Emilien,
I already added a filter to the version I am currently working on. It should be released this week but I am not sure if it will be ready within two days.It is easy to disable it manually by marking out one line of code. However, GEO my WP uses Google Places library when calling the Google API which responsible for the Google Address autocomplete. If the other plugin/theme that uses Google API do not call this library some features might not work properly ( if disabling GEO my WP call to Google API ). I suggest you to check on that before disabling the feature.
