Just bought Near by locations and i want to show the distance according to the visitor location. It works with the [gmw_nearby_locations item_type=”posts” show_map=”true” group_markers=”markers_clusterer]. But i want to build my own layout. I used your custom search function that adds the distance to the headline of the post. But it just echo’s (mi) after every headline. I want it to filter and order the results according to distance and showing the distance. I also want to show a map with all posts in that category.

    Is this possible?
I’m using the Divi theme, if that’s any help.

    Thank you in advance.

Hello Daniel and apologies for missing out your topic.

Do you still need help with the above?

I used your custom search function that adds the distance to the headline of the post. But it just echo’s (mi) after every headline.

Do you mean in the Nearby Locations list of results? If so, the plugin already suppose to display the distance and you don’t need to add the function. Unless I don’t completely understand your setup.

I want it to filter and order the results according to distance and showing the distance

That is also something that the plugin suppose to do. If you setup the shortcode to display locations nearby the user and the user’s current location exists, then it should display the distance in each item in the list of results and the results should be ordered by the distance.
