    I am testing GMW by entering address fields into the ‘Address’ fields in the ‘GMW Location’ section of my custom post’s ‘Edit’ screen. However:

    1) I can only get the address details to save if I populate them using the ‘Type an address to automcomplete’ form.
    2) Clicking ‘Locate Me’ does nothing
    3) Entering an address manually and clicking ‘Get Lat / Long’ does nothing
    4) When entering address fields manually, clicking ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ will then clear the address fields and not save them.

    I’ve enabled ‘Post Types’ in Settings and have GMW Forms on my pares which all work fine.

    What’s going on? This is driving me crazy!

    HI,
    I might be a JavaScript error. Do you know how to check to console for JavaScipt errors?
    Also, are you using another plugin that uses Google API ? or maybe a theme?

    I’ll look into the JavaScript errors tonight. I’ve tried this in FireFox and IE which both have the same problem.

    The ‘Auto Locator’ works fine. Will report back my findings…

    Hi Eyal,

    I’ve looked into this – disabling all plugins apart from GMW and enabling them all one-by-one. The issue is only present when I enable the WP-Types ‘CRED’ plugin.

    Firebug tells me that I have a javascript error but to me this makes no sense (I do not know JS). I have attached a screenshot to show you.

    As mentioned, when I click ‘Locate Me’ – it works fine when CRED is disabled, but does not work at all when CRED is enabled.

    Could you please look into this? I need both plugins for my site.

    CRED works fine without Geo My WordPress.

    Geo My WordPress works fine without CRED.

    My problem is that with CRED enabled with Geo My WordPress, Geo My WordPress and other JQuery functionality in the WP Admin section (Media Lightbox, ‘Screen Options’ pull-down) doesn’t work at all.

    Could you please look into this and help me resolve any conflicts?

    Hi Mav,
    I am not sure I can help much if the error has to do with CRED as I am not familiar with the plugin at all ( I know what it does more or less but I have never used it ) . If you deactivate GEO my WP do you still get the JavaScript error?
