I have set up GeoMy Wp plugin(along with WC Marketplace) for adding location to the products from the admin dashboard.
How can vendor’s add/edit the location of these products from the vendor’s dashboard.September 26, 2019 at 10:30 pm #59540
This issue has been solved. But, whenever the “get your current position” is clicked while adding location from the admin’s end, it displays an error, “user denied the request for geolocation.”

You need to have SSL certificate installed on your site to be able to use the auto-locator feature. This is required by the browser.October 3, 2019 at 12:36 am #59569
One more thing.
How can customers search for product based on location using your plugin?
Does it requires any widget!!
If yes, kindly let us know the widget name!!October 8, 2019 at 2:29 am #59580
You can create a search form using GEO my WP forms builder ( dashboard -> GEO my WP -> Forms ).
I hope this helps.October 10, 2019 at 5:00 am #59586
Hi @Eyal Fitoussi,
Can you please let me know, where and how will the customers see this search form!!
Am I missing out something!!October 13, 2019 at 5:04 am #59598
You need to add the form’s shortcode [gmw form=”5″] to a content of a page.
It is possible that the Store’s page is a dynamic page that loads via template file. If that’s the case you won’t be able to add the shortcode via the content of the page and you will need to edit the Store’s PHP template file. It would be easier to create a new Search page and add the shortcode to the content of this page.
I hope this helps.October 14, 2019 at 2:48 am #59612
Hi @Eyal Fitoussi,
I have created a new page and added this shortcode – [gmw form=”5″](see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pj2264 ), but it does not show up in the shop page!!
I am completely a newbee in this.
I don’t know much about coding.
Can you just share a videoshot explaining how and where to add this, to make this work properly.
Please help!!October 22, 2019 at 2:51 am #59634
The search form of GEO my WP is unrelated to the shop page of WC. The search form of GEO my WP will be displayed on the page where you added the shortcode. So in your case, the form should show on the page named “Search Form”.
I hope this helps.
