If your license key is for a single site only then you need to deactivate it from the dev site.
To best resolve the issue, please navigate to Your Account page, click “view licenses”, then click “Manage Sites”, deactivate all activated sites then activate it on “http://jobrtunity.com”. When done go to the admin’s plugins page ( of http://jobrtunity.com ) and enter the license key in the input box. Then try updating the plugin again.
