MemberI have a small problem with my search results page on geo my wp…
When I search, I get my results perfectly. For example, it says “Viewing 1 – 4 of 4 members within 50 mi from woking”, and then it shows the map, and all 4 members below. So that’s all good.
But then in addition, below these results, it shows another box with…
“Viewing 1 – 4 of 4 members within 50 mi from woking
No members found ”I have attached a screenshot showing this.
I’m not quite sure why it is show this below the results? Otherwise I think everything is working fine! It would just be good to not have this at the bottom.
I currently have a developer working on this site, who has made a completely new theme. When I was using Twenty Thirteen theme this problem was not happening.
Let me know if that all makes sense!

MemberHello Max,
I will need to see the code used this page/file. Can you send over a zip file of the theme ? or at least the template file used to display the members page?If so please use the “Attached Information” button on the top left to send it over.
Thank you

Did my theme get uploaded ok for you to look at? Just checking as I wasn’t 100% sure if it worked!
Thanks

MemberHey Max,
Have we got this issue resolved?February 23, 2015 at 9:00 am #28963Max Santos
MemberHi Eyal,
No, this was what I responded to your email a while ago but I didn’t receive a reply…
“Hi Eyal,
Thanks for getting back to me.
If I change to another results form (eg Default) then the error is still there. I have also tried switching themes (to twenty thirteen and twenty fourteen) and the error is still there. Maybe it is performing the search twice for some reason?
Thanks
Max”February 23, 2015 at 10:11 pm #28962Eyal Fitoussi

MemberHi Eyal,
Since the latest update of GMWP, the issue has changed very slightly. Now it just displays the list of results twice (rather than saying ‘no members found’ on the second one).
I will email you admin details etc now!
Thanks,
Max

MemberHello Max,
Your setup of the shortcodes was the cause of your issue. You placed both [gmw form=”1] and [gmw form=”results”] in the same page. Usually it shouldn’t cause a problem. However, because the search form in the widget is as well form with ID one so once you submit it both [gmw form=”1] and [gmw form=”results”] are being submitted and show the results twice.I simply changed [gmw form=”1] to [gmw searh_form=”1]. Now it will only display the search form ( instead if search form and results ) and the results will be displayed via [gmw form=”results”].
