MemberHello Jase,
1.
if I place single location short-code into a page (not in single post) giving the object_id value of a specific location, will it work or not?
Yes, when specifying the object_id it should then display the location details.
2. Does the Single Location shortcode show anything at all? Or do you still have the issue above?

MemberHello Jase,
404 is a “page not found” error. So the issue should not be related directly to the specific zip codes that you mentioned.
Can you post a link to the live search page?

MemberSusmita,
The search form of GEO my WP is unrelated to the shop page of WC. The search form of GEO my WP will be displayed on the page where you added the shortcode. So in your case, the form should show on the page named “Search Form”.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,

MemberHello,
I am aware of this issue and working on a new version of the Premium Settings extension with a fix.
FYI, if you save the address field options as multiple fields, it will work and show as multiple fields in the search form. Even though when you reload the form editor it is set to “Single field”.
So until the new version is released, if you update any of the form settings, just make sure to set the address field to multiple fields before saving the form editor.
I hope this helps.

MemberHello @Kir2018,
I apologize for not replying sooner.
1. If you have custom fields one for start date and one for end date ( not start and date in a single field ), then yes, you should be able to use those fields with the Premium Settings extension.
2. Yes, the smart box allows you to select multiple taxonomy terms.
3. There isn’t an option for a reset button at the moment. This can be done via custom coding only.
I hope this helps.

MemberHello Jase,
1. The custom map icons should go in your theme-folder/geo-my-wp/posts-locator/map-icons/
2. Did you place the shortcode on a single post page?
FYI, this support forum is for questions/issues related to GEO my WP core plugin only. For issues related to any of the premium extensions please use the Technical Support form on this page.

MemberHello,
1. Using the Premium Settings extension you can enter a custom label for each taxonomy dropdown in the search form editor. You can also arrange the order of the dropdowns in the form.
2. I am not sure I understand this request. Do you need to combine both dropdowns into a single dropdown?

MemberHello @susmita,
You need to add the form’s shortcode [gmw form=”5″] to a content of a page.
It is possible that the Store’s page is a dynamic page that loads via template file. If that’s the case you won’t be able to add the shortcode via the content of the page and you will need to edit the Store’s PHP template file. It would be easier to create a new Search page and add the shortcode to the content of this page.
I hope this helps.

MemberHi,
What exactly do you mean by “same adress as the others”?
Can you please provide more details regarding the issue?

MemberHi,
The errors that you see are related solely to the browser API key.
It is either the set up of the browser key is incorrect, the browser API key is missing in the settings page, or there is some sort of a conflict with another mapping plugin that prevents the API key from loading properly.
To better know what the issue is you should look in the browser’s console for a specific Javascript error message. There is always an error that indicates the exact cause of the issue.
If you have a live front-end page with the map and the error, I am happy to have a look at it and look for the error. I just need a link to this live page.

MemberSusmita,
You can create a search form using GEO my WP forms builder ( dashboard -> GEO my WP -> Forms ).
I hope this helps.

MemberHello,
The error message that you see is related to your Google Maps browser API key.
Please see this tutorial to learn how to properly generate and set up your Google Maps browser API key.
Make sure to restrict the key as described in step 8 and to enable all the required API services as described in steps 13 to 18.
I hope this helps.
