Hi Eyal, Thanks for the reply. I just went through and re-disabled all plugins and then enabled just your plugins. They activated fine this time! I must have forgot to disable the plugin that manages plugin load order when I tested the first time. I did have to go and re-check the “Enable Geolocation Features” button for some reason after the two errors went away but all is working now.

    Hi Eyal,

I will wait for it to be implemented in v3.0. In the meantime I will just overwrite the ones in the plugin folder.

    Hi Eyal,

I did try that and it works, however, won’t this method cause the language files to be overridden each time I update the plugin? All other plugins I use including Buddypress had me put the language files in the child theme directory.

    Hi Eyal,

I emailed them on Tue, Feb 9, 2016 at 10:34 AM PST, however, just re-forwarded that email to you now. I am using a pretty standard setup running on the Kleo theme with the Geo MY WP Add-on and Geo MY WP Xprofile field add-on installed.

Seems the translation files don’t work for the Kleo Geo MY WP add-on either. I’ve copied the edited PO/MO files to the wp-content/languages/plugins/geo-my-wp/languages folder and the wp-content/languages/plugins/gmw-kleo-geolocation/languages folder respectively. This is in my Kleo child theme’s directory.

    Hi Eyal,

For some reason this request was marked resolved but translation files are still not working since I submitted the ticket. Any ideas? Really need this working. I’m using Kleo theme and also tried editing the kleo geo my wp add-on translation files but this didn’t work either.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hi Eyal,

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I will likely need to utilize both options as my project progresses as I’m going to be creating many different forms with different requirements. Would love to have an answer to both scenarios. Are you ok with providing that? Don’t mean to give you extra work. Really appreciate your help.

    Hi,

I can’t figure out how to use the gmw_fl_xprofile_form_default_value filter. Are there any sample functions floating around that I can copy/paste and then modify a few values to achieve the functionality I need? I’m not a coder but can do some basic stuff like change some values, etc. I’d simply like to set a default field on the search form so only male or female members are shown. I setup an xprofile field called gender with a male and female value. One form is going to be for women and another men.

    Thanks for your help!

    Regards,

    Mark
